• We accept payments in cash, credit/debit cards, UPI, and bank transfers.

• Advance payments for custom orders are non-refundable.

• Full payment is required before delivery or pickup of any product.

4. Exchange & Buyback Policy

• Exchange and buyback policies are subject to the terms mentioned on the invoice.

• Products must be returned in their original condition along with the bill and certificates.

• No exchange or buyback is accepted on damaged, altered, or broken jewellery.

5. Custom Orders

• Customised jewellery orders require advance payment and may take extra processing time.

• Once production begins, cancellations or modifications are not allowed.

• Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to design complexity or material availability.

6. Repair and Maintenance

• We offer cleaning, polishing, and minor repairs of our products. Charges may apply depending on the work required.

• We are not liable for damage caused by improper handling or third-party alterations.

7. Return & Refund Policy

• We do not offer refunds once the product is sold, except in cases of manufacturing defects, which must be reported within 48 hours of purchase.

• Approved returns due to defects will be exchanged or repaired.

8. Privacy and Data Use

• We collect customer details (name, phone number, address) for billing, record-keeping, and occasional promotional communication (if opted in).

9. Liability
