Gold rates are subject to daily market fluctuations. The final price is determined at the time of billing and reflects the live gold rate on that day.

Making charges may vary based on design complexity, craftsmanship, and any customisation requested.

Advance payments for custom orders are non-refundable once production has commenced.

Full payment is required before in-store pickup of any product.

Exchange and buyback policies are subject to the terms mentioned on the invoice at the time of original purchase.

Products must be returned in original condition, accompanied by the original bill and all certificates.

No exchange or buyback is accepted on jewellery that is damaged, structurally altered, or broken.

All customised jewellery orders require an advance payment before production begins.

Once production has commenced, cancellations or modifications are not permitted.

Collection timelines are estimated and may vary depending on design complexity or material availability. We will notify you when your order is ready for in-store collection.

Refunds are not offered once a product has been sold, except in cases of proven manufacturing defects.

Manufacturing defects must be reported within 48 hours of the date of purchase, with the original bill and product.

Approved returns due to defects will be exchanged or repaired at our discretion — no cash refunds will be issued.

We collect customer details (name, phone number, address) for billing, record-keeping, and GST compliance, and for occasional promotional communication where opted in.

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties without your explicit consent.

Gold Mart Jewellers is not responsible for loss or damage to any product after it has been handed over to the customer.

We are not liable for errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete specifications provided by the customer for custom orders.
